    Woke up from late nap and thinking about going to Wal Mart to pick it up. Worth it? thoughts? I dont care if you ruin the movie by saying anything, just want to know if its worth buying at 1.:00 in the morning?

    haven't seen it yet, but judging by the wikipedia page it doesn't sound to goot. silence of the lambs is best in that series because hopkins can play lector really crazy since he's in an asylum. if you watch red dragon & hannibal, his performance isn't as good since a) he's aged alot since sotl b) he's having to function outside of prision so he's alot more normal and not as scarry.

    I liked this movie. i mean hopkins is the man but this isn't too bad. i do feel you have to watch this if you liked the previous movies in the series though.

    I was at walmart earlier today and in a 3-disc series for hannibal i saw the movie "man hunter" (i believe this was the name). has anyone seen this?

    Wasn't as good as it could have been imo

    Was solid entertainment for 2 hours though. Very Gory in parts

    I very very rarely say this. But it was absolutely terrible, borderline unwatchable.

    Hannibal Rising def not worth buying.....Manhunter is barely worth watching imo...esp if you have already seen Red Dragon.

    it isn't that gory. it's an O.K. movie. not great, not horrible. i like horror movies a lot, and didnt really feel that this was particularly suspensful or scary. the story is mediocre.
