I am new to the facebook thing

I can't be the only one that feels this way.What the hell is it about being on facebook that causes people to lose your mind?

my middle childs best friend I have spent a HUGE amount of time with her since she was like 5 I almost rasied her I swear I have not heard that girl say 100 words in the 17-18 years I have known her she NEVER shuts up on facebook .....ever, just random hellos and I <3 my BF ALWAYS complaing about something school blah blah etc

A woman I have known all of my life we grew up together HOLY Crap! she complains about traffic EVERY FRIGGIN DAY SHE LIVES 35 MILES FROM WORK MOVE FOR CHRIST"S SAKE I am sorry you hate men but its no wonder, have you looked at your husband lately? he weighs like 300 lbs

yes you ARE beautiful you are I my self have told you at least 3000 times.........in the LAST week!!!!! is it really needed for you to have this confirmed BY every person in the state of GA you have nothing to be ashamed of you have a great job, you make a lot of money have a wonderful house, and a cute kid I know you went though a lot to have but WHY do you have to post because you gave some homeless guy a 1.00 and go on and on about how wonderful you because of it before he was down most likely helped a 100 times more people than you ever did DiD I ever say one word about how wonderful I was whne I gave you $5000.00 cash to kepp your mother from knowing your brother was in jail, no in fact this is the 1st time I have ever said one word about it (even though you never paid me back)
I know you you have worked hard and for the most part deserve everything you have but for everyones sake please please use the damn telephone when you make a call every single person you know does not have to hear you bitch or brag (like those of us that really know you)

yea, but i shouldnt have to do that... if you play a game you dont have to display it to everyone, let alone 3 times a day. gotten a lot of people on my ignore list.

I hardly go on facebook anymore. It's so full of whiners and people using it like a twitter account with updates about what they did all day, it pisses me off. It's also dangerous since i have such a mixture of friends and family that i have to be careful what i say there. Some friends aren't really meant to mix with other friends or family. Its just a pain in the ass.

lol so true. people just post the most ridiculous stupid things, all the time. i've definitely changed my outlook on what types of people they are, and what i think of them.

I hate how everyone is suddenly an activist since this whole ocuupyWallStreet thing happened. People spamming shit about just about every cause under the sun. I guess it's easy to be an "activist" when all you have to do is copy and paste web links.

Also.... the BEST is when someone on your friends starts dating someone new and hyperposts like 300 times a day about the new person. It's almost a 100% guaranteed lock these relationships will end in the next 3 weeks.
