Where the fuck is the Waco Kidd. I wanna see if he admits ever crying

I think a female poster would say is there a movie/tv show you haven't cried over?

I read that thread you had some serious gold, what happened to sicktight? -
yeah, the end of field of dreams makes me well up. i don't start sobbing like a little girl with a skinned knee, but my eyes definitely start to burn. good will hunting too. watching ray bourque hoist the stanley cup got me misty eyed too.
-
Good to see some OT'ers posting The Champ. I'm less than a year older than Shroder so watching that scene of him breaking down at crying when I was 10 was easily enough to let the flood gates open.
Love Story was also a tough one to watch. -
Wasn't going to open this thread until I saw defndr posted in it.

obv wen the dog dies in I Am Legend

the end of forest gump the first time i saw it when i was 10 or whatever made me cry like a bitch. that was sad as fuck. i don't think you have a soul if that didn't get to you, maybe not make you cry but... you gotta feel for the guy at that moment.
also for whatever reason every time i hear that little girl sing at the end of "moneyball" it gets me hard. cried a tad the first time, since then i just turn the fucking thing off before she starts singing. -
almost forgot this one. honestly haven't seen it since it came out. i probably wouldn't find it as good nowadays, but dreyfus is pretty fucking awesome so i might still tear up a bit. -
I don't know how to embed but this scene from Dances with Wolves is the only time I can remember tearing up during a movie or TV show.

If it has been a long time definitely see it again... Movie actually gets better for me each time I see it.

Hate all the "if you cry during a movie you're ____" type comments.
I really like to get wrapped up in the stories of the characters to give myself a chance to empathize with them. If emotion comes, great; I like experiencing things that have the ability to move me.
A couple of things I didn't see mentioned that get me without fail: In The Name Of The Father (whole movie is said but the scene in jail when ddl's father confronts him), end of Pan's Labyrinth, In The Bedroom, Away From Her, Finding Neverland, Big Fish, 24 (s2 when Jack calls Kim when he is flying the plane), every time I watch Jimmy V's ESPY speech. -
I Challenge anyone to watch Dear Zachary without balling their eyes out
-
espn got me again just now with the kid with cerebral palsy running the race at school with his classmates cheering him on
-
if not for movies, people might accuse me of being a robot
-
I don't remember if I cried or not, but that episode of HIMYM definitely got to me. Besides not picking up on the dad's death thing at all during the countdown, I lost my father the same exact way (heart attack; unexpectedly) so that one really stuck with me.

I have cried during a shit ton of shows/movies. Shit in real life barely ever gets to me, but for some reason movies/shows make me a pussy. Everytime I watch Inception I cry at the end because I can imagine the joy Cobb feels after finally getting to see his kids. After having my own kid, shit that has kids in it definitely affects me a lot more than it did before she was born. -
Haven't read much of the thread but I tear up more at inspirational shit in movies more than I do sad stuff. Especially when I am sober lol.
-
I cry all the time during movies or the "My Wish" segments.

I didn't read the entire thread all the way through, but the parts I did, I didn't see anybody mention Bucket List. I teared up during the eulogy speech for sure...movie kinda strikes a chord with me tho, so maybe that's why it hit me harder.
Also distinctly remember tearing up in the theater during Hardball when G-Baby dies.
I have noticed that I'm way more emotional since I lost my mom a few months back...and even MORE emotional since my daughter was born 3 1/2 weeks ago.
For me, personally, crying is extremely healthy...a good release/reset of things.
Didn't search long for the longer version of this, but the story of Dick Hoyt pulling, towing, and pedalling his son through an entire IronMan definitely worked my emotions:

Surely there must be a pot movie where the main characters run out of pot and at the end of the movie you think they're going to score...but they don't.

The latest part in a movie that really got to me was when denzil washington is dying in the film safe house when you see the tears roll down his face and you realise he's not the villain afterall, brilliant piece of acting. And in the film, (the warrior) when tom hardy lets down his guard to his alcholic father nick nolte after he relapses, and cradles him in his arms.

In Season 2 of Game of thrones when the Stark boys were found alive.
I knew there was a twist coming but I didn't think they would be found alive in the crypts.
I was alone at home and balled like a baby
