  4. It's only been a week and I haven't weighed myself but I definately feel better. I completely cut out all snack foods, alcohol and pop. I played poker Friday night at a home game and managed to stay away from the snack and drank water only. I also hit the gym 3 times last week and plan to go 5 times next week.
    Got groceries and loaded up on chicken, lean ground turkey, tuna, salmon, veggies and fruit and am pretty motivated to do this. 50Lbs is my goal.
    I just wanted to thank those posters ITT who provided me with some good material.
    Thanks and I hope in the future I can post a succesful follow up thread about how I achieved my goal.
