  1. Ok OT. I need some advice. To keep it short and sweet:

We had a couple deaths in family (within 2 week period) back about 6 months ago.

Bills are getting out of control and have to buy a headstone for mother in law.

**I need to know what the best kind of loan to get is to consolidate my bills, and still have some cash to pay for a headstone.

Is a consolidation loan just that, or can I get extra cash to help pay for the headstone with it?

Does anyone know some good lenders?

    Any help would be appreciated!
  2. Do you have a mortgage?

    Home Equity Loan?

  4. Sometimes Capital One or Bank of America do fixed term fixed rate unsecured loads. capitalone.com go to personal loans. Or look for credit card offer with balance transfer checks for 4.99 fixed or something like that with no transfer fees.
  5. If you have good credit, Wells Fargo may give you an unsecured line of credit. A friend of mine just got one today. It seems to be primarily credit score driven.
  6. pennies!
  7. My credit is fairly good. Here of late I fell behind on a couple bills, so I am sure this would show up. I looked into lines of credit and it seems that an unsecured line of credit needs a pretty damn good credit score. I will look into it a little more.
