  1. long story short, the house across the street from me is vacant and rampant with pigeons. they tried spreading to my house, but we put down spike strips to get rid of them. that only works partially, and we've been told that the only way to get them the fuck out of our neighborhood is to have the neighbors take care of their issue.

unfortunately, we never see the owner and are certain they live elsewhere. the best we could do online is finding the name: cora j. chenchark. the address with the pigeon issue (across the street) is 11314 corsica mist ave, las vegas, nv 89135. we also found another home owned by this person, which was foreclosed on last year. that address is 8901 diamond falls dr, las vegas, nv 89117.

whoever can help me find further contact info for this person first (phone number would be best obv) gets either $25 or a 50/50 stake in both the sunday lotto on stars and the double deuce on tilt.

    gogogogogo.

  2. Try criss-cross directories (they are free) at the library (trouble is 75% of folks in Vegas not listed and new phone books every 6 months) and check utility records (especially cable....everyone has cable). Best of Luck
  3. burn the house down

  4. found another cora wutever in las vegas, i searched all of US and just got this one listing.

    Nuisance Pigeons
Animal Control recognizes that urban pigeons can be a source of annoyance to many people and local businesses. Urban pigeons are considered unprotected feral birds. The urban environment provides an ideal accommodation for pigeons, mainly because of a plentiful food supply, made to order sheltering facilities and a lack of natural enemies. Please consider the following when dealing with nuisance pigeons:
    • Eliminate the food sources by covering trash receptacles, pick up refuse or discarded food products. Don't feed your pets or leave food dishes outside.
    • Pigeon proof your structure by enclosing the openings to vents, attics, eaves, garages and around air conditioning units with screen material. Flat surfaces at roof edges may be fitted with a beveled piece of wood to make perching difficult.
    • Purchase an artificial predator such as an owl, hawk, snake or cat, and post in area where pigeons congregate.
    • Population reduction: Most pigeon infestations occur on private property and it is the owner's responsibility to attend to the problem. Sometimes the infestation is so great that eradication is the only viable solution. Many private pest control agencies are knowledgeable and licensed to handle pigeon infestation. Follow up preventative maintenance is absolutely necessary in order to eliminate the possiblity of reinfestation. Shooting pigeons or using explosive devices to scare pigeons is unlawful within the city limits of Las Vegas.

If it works out I will take $25 on FT thanks

I also found that the house across the street from you was foreclosed on on 2/19/09
  16. Being as though both homes have been foreclosed on, Cora will laugh in your face if you call her... you need to call Citibank, or better yet, take matters into your own hands..
  17. I want "Mrs. Robinson" on my team. She is fast & thorough!!!
  18. yup, chenchark seems to be irrelevant at this point since the house is bank owned...

next question: how does one go about dealing with a bank owned house that is causing problems like this?

call animal control as i said earlier
im sure they might be able to contact the owner since its animal control of las vegas and see wut they can do
  22. Chances are Citibank will laugh in your face too since they hate having to own that house. You should work this through your Comm. Assoc since this is a neighborhood nuisance.

Either the HOA or yourself can call critter control and pay for it, then place a lien on the house for your expenses.

Good work. Foreclosure sale 2-9-09, deed issued 2-19-09. There is most likely a redemption period for the homeowner and any other lien holders.

Good Luck getting Citibank to do anything. Best bet may be to buy it yourself from Citi. I heard they need some cash.
