    How many of you have had them and what do you do to get rid of them?
    I can barely stand to take a dump they hurt so bad.....

    I am lucky enough to have never had them. I remember when my Uncle Charlie used to carry around a small inner tube every where he went so he could use it to sit on. Good luck.

    is it really too much to ask that if you're going make a thread, you make an effort to get some semblance of the ballpark of the correct spelling?

    I had surgery to remove them a few years ago. they were the internal ones. most painful thing (the recovery) in the world, but worth it. If you're in that much pain, you might want to look into it. you'll need a couple weeks to recover, but again, it's worth it. See a proctologist.

    For Medium to severe:

    Epsom salt bath



    or combination of the above

    Extreme chronic case:

    Get that shit lanced

    Seriously, combine the first two and you'll be ok.
