    Mainly for Arkansans , but this is big news. I really hope it passes as i have a mother-in-law on several medications (morphine,ambien,tizanidine,etc) for her back which shes had three back surgeries. Most days she is in bed all day in pain. I'm sure someone you know has some type of injury or illness which would be i guess easier to cope with if they were able to use this plant.

    You're probably right. However, many thought several years back when the issue of having the lottery came up there wouldn't have been a chance for that either. Guess we'll find out in November.

    No chance it passes. Still got to wait for some more old people to die first.
