HIGH $ FANTASY FOOTBALL INTEREST FOR NEW LEAGUE

    Currently I have a handful of some poker buddies interested in a fantasy league.
    I have run my league since 1990 and have developed a good hybrid scoring system. The site will be on cbssportsline where all stats will be calculated by the site which has in my opinion has the best to offer any fantasy league. Initially Im just looking for interest before I set it all in motion.

    The entry will be $720 which pays out weekly bonuses as well as yearly, along with a bonus pickem league that ties into the fantasy league which also pays out weekly and yearly cash prizes. Nothing is taken out of the prize pool except the cost of the league on cbs ($10 a person) and the cost of the trophy which is very nice and very big. All online friends of mine are welcome to join and those who dont know me can get on the list to play which I will select from the remaining spots open. League consists of 12 teams and 3 divisions. The draft I have currently set for Tuesday Sept 7th at 7pm central time is pending availability of the owners for that date and time but will be around that date. Once it's decided that I go with it I will post the rules/scoring for the league. It's all pretty basic with the twists coming in the payouts and bonus categories. I'm also looking into a private tourney where our team can play to determine draft order.

    Please post any Q's or those interested in getting a team and playing in a league with lots of trash talk and friendly banter with the likes of TEAM UB members P0ker H0, Debo34, and yngmanN4quiki, your commissioner and source of fantasy fun for the sickos like me.

    Hey Boys,

    I'm definitely interested in $720 League..I'm already in Randy (AJ's) League.

    AND btw I been posting about a couple of openings in my 2 leagues for 2 weeks! I'm a ranked p5er, but I'm also the Commissioner of 2 fantasy football leagues for 12 and 10 yrs respectively.

    We host online but do a live Auction and draft in SoCal. So would prefer SoCal guys...but if it's someone that's a fish (like ISuck123) i might work something out. :=) I have a couples of mules to put on phone or online w ya.

    BTW neither league is a winner take all format...approx 9/12 owners cash for something. And the $500 includes $100 for pickups.

    There are prizes for high score every week etc and there's a postseason pool during the NFL playoffs.

    Rules are onsite BHAFFL 2006 auction and FLiCK 2006 partial keeper. Check em out.

    A clarification...there are 2 leagues with 1 opening in one and 2 in the other.

    The first is a live Auction...12 teams. Auction is on Labor Day, Mon 8/4.

    The 2nd is a live draft at the Bicycle Casino on 8/5 Tues night . this league is a partial keeper league. ..half the league are SoCal poker players so cmon in :=)

    Both leagues are hosted at myfantasyleague.com. (which is way better than CBS Sportsline imo)
