    If you have sex with a hooker while she is sleeping is this considered rape or shoplifting?

    unless he really didn't pay in which case he's just a rapist. if she fell asleep before he paid her then it's rape... if she fell asleep after, then it's prob not really rape. fuck i dunno. it's so close. it's a coinflip.
