    He has to be the worst Defensive coordinator in the NFL, everyone is saying crap about how they should be 7-0 before this but the main reason is this terrible overrated Defensive coordinator who just cannot get it right. Today he was unable to stop a frieken run. They got ran over, last week if he could teach his damn players to stop making bone head mistakes (Jerome mcdougle) they would have won that game. Back to the bonehead mistakes in week 6 vs NO They have a chance to stop the drive but he has 12 players 12, unable to stop them in 8 frieken minutes, how does that happen? an 8 minute drive how are you so incapable of stopping a team can you be, so now if they did not make a mental mistake of having 12 players out there and get that sack I think Eagles come out. Now to the game against the Giants, up by 17 going into the final quarter, you cannot afford to F up here and what does he do, since he has a game plan to stop the run brilliant, except for when your up by 17 you might want to stop the pass.

    His inability to adjust his Defense is killing them, week 2 can't stop the pass, week 6 can't stop the pass, week 7 was offenses fault and the retarded kick of the flag by jerome mcdougle, then come to week 8, you have Fed up 3 times this year you can't be dead again, what does that Defense do? gives up 200 yards rushing.

    Now to Andy Reid you need to get your damn team motivated, 3 weeks in a row you have not gotten this team ready to open up the game quickly.

    Now the only way to save the season is to cut Jim Johnson which tells Andy Reid he needs to get his act together and this is it, no more give away games they are getting out coached in my opinion and if Andy Reid doesn't turn this season around (they should have at least 6 wins right now) then he needs to be fired.

    i'm pretty sure when you score <span>3 points in the entire game</span>and continually putting your D in bad spots and leavingthem on the field for long stretches that you shouldnt be blaming thedefense

    edit: i know it was 6 but jax was obv playing prevent at the end

    putting the D in bad spots is one thing, but once the D is on the field it's their responsibility to get themselves off the field. It looked to me like they had the Leftwich gameplan in instead of the Garrard gameplan in.

    agreed, they should have made Garrard beat them, but the offense scored two field goals the entire game. mcnabb passed for 142 yds in a game in which they trailed the whole way

    help the D out and have one of those 12-14 play drives ....

    maybe the D coulda helped the offense out by getting them on the field more. Tough for the offense to get in any rhythm even if they get a few 1st downs when the defense is getting it run down their throat every play.

    Everyone is to blame for this mess today.

    what will always hurt the eagles is there lack of a running game and not wanting to have one which is andy reeds fault ,he is stubborn

    so lemme get this straight, because the offense couldnt sustain one drive the entire game, it's the defense's fault by not letting them be out on the field enough to get a rhythm?

    the eagles should have been able to move the ball today. washington and houston went up and down the field on these guys. they are no good on the road. iggles are overrated sorry

    did I say it was the the defense's fault and not the offense's? I blame both equally.

    The offense could have helped the defense by sustaining drives. As long as we are going to say one effects the other (and I believe they do), I think it is just as reasonable to expct the defense to pick up the slack some and get their asses off the field and give the offense an extra couple of possessions.

    It works both ways I believe. The O should help the D by eihter scoring lots of points fast or sustaining long drives, and the D should help the O by getting them the ball back. Besides, standing on its own, i have a hard time blaming the offense for 200+ yards rushing against the defense, no matter how bad the offense was.
