    I know I'm a homer but they look pretty good this year. Verlander looked good last night - good heat, nasty curve ball. One of my friends is going to the game today with a big group - lucky bastards (they play the Rangers again). I'm stuck here at work. Go tigers - discuss.

    im also a homer, lived in detroit my whole life up untill about 3 years ago. but they do look pretty good right now. the real question is how about those <STRIKE>lions</STRIKE> wings?

    very interesting team. I still think their bullpen is pretty soft but the AL Central is wide open. Verlander's a beast and I hope Willis gets back his mojo, he's good for the game.
