  1. Honestly? Are state is the biggest fuck up broke state out there. To name the problems we have would be like saying every line from War and Peace. Now with our new education problems and student loans it just gets worse and worse. Ty Boxer and Pelosi for our excellent democratic gov. Not only have you drived businesses out of our state, but you have some how managed to pass a bill for a railway that we can't afford all while paying for MJ services for no reason at all( well LA fault). Ty the people are finally realizing it and turned down all the new props and bills they tried to pass recently. Even arnold is saying he is going to stop spending. Who knows maybe he will finally be what he said he was?

This is why I can't understand the democratic party. Tell me if I am wrong
  2. Are state? Apparently they need educational reform before they worry about any of that shit.

  6. let's worry about education in california first, specifically grammar and punctuation.
  7. No, don't worry about education first, your state is gonna default without a bailout from the Fed. Your debt is about as good as any other emerging markets crisis we have heard about in history

  8. It makes me sad that this isn't a troll post.
  9. California is living proof that it's really bad when one party has massive control for too long.

  20. And the powers that be want to pattern the entire country after California....what does that tell you?
  21. are you making the case for why cali is democrat? Cuz I'm either missing something or those rankings have California right in the middle in both. And LoL at the second one. One of the factors is total number of steel roller coasters. What?

    3. spending like drunken sailors duriong boom times (thanks bush tax cuts! for the revenue, not the spending ldo) and then being surprised when during lean times the revenue stream dries up is classic dem politics. whaaaaaaat? boom times don't last forever? no wais!
  24. Ya your right. We had a Republican President to 8 years and everything is just great. For the record. Fuck both sides. They have both completely screwed this shit up./

Just got couple more things from IRS wanting more tax money from my business...And there seems to be a highway patrolman under every freeway pass with a radar gun now.
Oh well I guess everything works out, my cousin in on section 8 and Iraq is apparently a better place to visit now. Tax dollars at work.
  25. TID my native state of New Hamsphire! Numero uno!

PS: I live in California now.

  26. same story recently, as the rejection of new power generation facilities being built 10-15 yrs ago, until all of a sudden the state had a superhot summer, with brownouts.... then, oh, it's the fault of the merchant power companies!!! Oh wait, wasn't it the state and local governments that denied the permits to build sufficient facilities to generate demand? hmmmm.....

standard though.... same type of lessons that will be learned 5-10 years from Obama's fucked-up socialist policies... oh, we didn't incentivize people to exert effort and increase output and productivity? That sledgehammered our economy? wow I wonder why?

  27. I am starting to think that all this might be a good thing. The State is actually having to think about where money goes. Hopefully they will repeal some of these laws that are filling up our prison systems, get rid of more government employees, privatilize more things, rework pensions, etc...I would bet not though.

I think that California is just a mirror image Bush's fucked up spending spree policies.

Nope, the core of Bush's spending was for the war on terror, Afghanistan and Iraq. Have you noticed the spending spree Obama is endeavoring? It's an effort to make government permanently high-cost and in high-control of private affairs. Now THAT is like California.
