  1. I have been having stomach problems for like 6 months, turns out I have gastritis.

If anyone has experienced this, how do you slowly get rid of it?
  2. Icy hot

  3. Take a dump
    1
  4. how did they diagnose it? just presuming you have it or did you get a scope and biopsy?

    - get tested for the associated bacteria (if you got a scope/biopsy they probably did/are doing this) . . . if you have an H. pylori infection you will need antibiotics
    - stop taking all NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aleve, etc.) if you use them frequently
    - start an antacid . . . particularly one that has a generic name ending in -prazole
    - cut down on the alcohol and stress

    that'll be $500 plz.

  5. The people that diagnosed you didn't tell you how to get rid of it? Hope you didn't pay them.

seriously tho, if you have a lot of work and/or family stress that can't be avoided, and it starts affecting your stomach, what the hell can you do to help with that?

I'm not asking for me, it's for....uhh...a friend of mine
  13. lol I honestly have no idea how. Most of my stress comes from first world problems (getting too involved in evony wound up stressing me out).

I think working out did help some of my neck problems but didn't do anything about my anxiety.
  14. Yeah, was curious whether any sort of exercise had a real effect on stress, or if there was anything that could be done with diet (what to add, or subtract).
  15. I think exercise does help with stress which is different than anxiety which may cause stress

Cutting out the caffeine would probably help out too. Then I think it's about finding what makes you happy whether it's ridiculing hipsters or trying to get laughs from shoving a dildo in your mouth, do what makes you happy.

My buddy who is a high school football coach used to make fun of my love for watching tv. I told him I really truly enjoy it. I told him I thought it was silly to put all his energy and time into high school football and screaming and ranting at officials and players on the sidelines. But it made him happy and he liked so who the fuck cares what I think.

Do what makes you happy and fuck the haters. That will def help reduce stress.
  16. you need to go out to your garden and dig down about two feet into the earth, find an enormous earthworm, bring it inside and put the kettle on, get the toaster out and toast some bread (wholegrain), spread the worm on the toast and eat it, followed by a cup of boiling hot water, this should do the trick
