  1. I used to do 250 situps a day and still did not have good abs because i didn't know any of the other steps to get one. Assuming you don't have a large gut here is how to get one in 60 days or less. 45 min it takes every other day.

    EAT A BIT HEALTHIER- dont have to be health freak just cut these things out

    1. No non-diet pop

    2. No fastfood unless its grilled chicken or seafood or something healthy

    3. Change all of your white carbs that you can to wheat - bread or pasta change to wheat bread/pasta.

    4. Skim milk- I know it tastes like shit at first but you get used to it quick

    5. Pass on all dressings- Mayo is terrible(all fat) ranch is terrible(90% fat)

    6. Sodium- cut it down- Sodium causes you to hold fat and you will not be able to see your abs

    WORKING THE ABS

    1. BIGGEST STEP HERE- workout first thing in the mourning before you have anything to eat, you will be burning pure fat and not the calories you just consumed from food.

    2. Run to warmup- dont be excesive, do the amount that suits you, usually in between .5 miles and 2 miles. - key step

    1. Do all these workouts in sets of 12, do 5 sets of each- you dont want to over work your abs

    2. Use an excercise mat underneath you DO NOT put your feet under anything leave them flat on the ground

    3. In between sets flex and unflex your abs- helps with the definition of the abs- key step

    4. Take 30-60 seconds in between sets- if you are really a piece of shit you may take 90 :)

    5. Do workouts every other day, not every day- dont want to overwork them.

    EXCERCISES- FOR EVERY PICTURE DO 2 SEC HOLD

    1. HIP UP


    NEVER LET YOUR LEGS HIT THE GROUND, this is the hardest excersise that you will do you will feel the burn in the last set. Go from 90 to 45 to 90 to opposite 45 and back to 90 to restart

    2. REVERSE CRUNCH



    make sure not to grab ur head and pull up will cause strain just set at side of head or side of hips

    3. CRUNCH



    Make sure your legs are not lifting off the ground, that is when you cannot do the crunch with just the abs and are looking to find power by swinging with your legs, if you catch urself lifting off ground then lay ur legs flat on ground, i had to at first.

    4. SIDE CRUNCH



    keep your shoulders facing up

    5. HANGING LEG LIFT



    HARD AS FUCK, do if you have a bar, i dont have one at my house so i use a swingset in the back yard :)

    Diet is way more important than that, "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym"

    you seriously only have to work abs 2-3 times a week and pay huge amount of attention to your diet to cut the belly fat which is where most guys carry fat.... you dont get abs by working them out more, you get abs by cutting bodyfat....

    not sure what % is for guys i think somewhere around 13-15%, for chicks its around 18-22%

  6. yeah most important is getting rid of the fat. You could have a six pack and not be able to see it because the layers of fat over it
