How important is height to girls?

    Had a discussion about this with some girls the other day and they said its "not that important", but im calling bullshit. Personally i've never dated a girl whos taller than me and i can't remember the last time i saw a couple together in which the girl was taller than the guy.

    So ladies, say hypothetically u meet a guy whos perfect in every way u'd want him to be, but hes 7 inches shorter than you.

    Deal breaker?

    Yes - but only bc I'm 5'2" -I never had a problem dating short guys, as long as they were taller than me (this has never been an issue)

    Yes, but I'm only 5'4" (and 1/2--gotta throw that in there! lol), so 7" shorter than me would be like a midget I'm thinkin' ;) Height typically matters to me in terms of attraction. I tend to be more attracted to men 5'10" and above. That being said, if he was perfect in every other way and we had a genuine connection, as long as he was my height or taller, height wouldn't be a deal breaker. Could not be with someone shorter than me, though.

    Height is an interesting thing. Theres nothing you can do about it. I mean if you're fat you can eat better and hit the gym. There are many ways to improve your appearance, but when it comes to height theres nothing to be done.

    That said, I don't care if she's tall or short as long as she loves me...

    I'm 5'10'' FYI.

    My wife is somewhat tall for a girl (5'10''). I've never really thought about the subject too much, but I guess I would prefer above average height girls if possible (I'm 6'3'').

    I've always been more attracted to taller than average girls...but I'm 6'3" so there's really not too many that are gonna be taller than me.

    My gf says she couldn't ever date a guy who was shorter than her when she wears heels...she's 5'8" normally.

    My ex is 5'10", I'm 5'7", never really bothered us. I didn't even think twice in approaching her.

    I once had a 6'5" Amazon hitting on me at a party, sadly by the time I decided to climb the ladder she had passed out.

    Observation: In the online dating world don't even try to get a date set up with a taller woman.

    I'm a little over 5'9" and I prefer guys taller than me.

    For me, a guy 7 inches shorter is definitely a deal breaker (unless he's really rich & looks like Tom Cruise of course). Just kidding. Or not.

    If I wasn't tall (6'2"), my girlfriend has made it pretty clear that we would not be together. (She's 5'7" BTW.) I'm fine with that. If she was 5'2", we wouldn't be together either.

    Me and my girl are almost the same height. I might be like a inch taller (prolly not even that much), and she complains about how short I am.

    She wont wear heels because of it. I dont give a shit, but apparently she does. So she gets mad at me cause she cant wear heels with me.
