  1. Say you're running splits of like...chest and bi's, back and tri's...how long is sufficient? like 45 mins-hour?
  2. you work out....we get it

  3. I go 30-45 minutes for 4 sets
  4. lol-Id say anywhere between 50 mins-1hr 20 mins is sufficient depending on what youre doing and your pace,
  5. Depends on how many excercises you are incorporating and if you are also incorporating several muscles per excercise.

  6. if you can go like 15 minutes without feeling like you're going to grab your chest and die... you must be in good shape, take the rest of the afternoon off and have a beer and a smoke imo...
  7. 45 min to 1 1/2 hr max

If you are training at proper intensity and pace (rest intervals) you should be wiped out by an hour.
  8. if you r workin out less than 45-1hour then your wasting your time for the most part. generally you should be workin out 1hr-2hrs including cardio of some kind. like 2-4 sets as a general practice

If you are trying to put on muscle don't work out for 2 hrs and don't do cardio after lifting. If you do any cardio at all do it in the morning or on a day you aren't lifitng.

  14. No prob aces. I just got a chinup bar today from Dick's Sporting Goods. It's hard for me to do the Fat Furnace routine at my gym cause it's so small, so I do it at home now. You should look into a 5k or 10k in your area and give yourself 4-6 weeks to train. Then do it! I did a 10k last weekend and it makes me wanna keep on running. Getting up to 3 miles per day will burn 400 calories if you're around 175-190lbs.

  15. id work o ut like 10 mins every month, but i stopped

yeah very true, cuz then your burnin muscle off. but concerning cardio thats only if you go for over 30mins. you can do 15 and 15 before and after and it wont hurt you. cardio also helps build lean muscle

QFT. I do 45-1hr routines (15 mins. cardio warmup pre). Work your ass off those 45-60 minutes, then shower, eat some protein, and don't do shit. Let your body do its thing.

what does it entail...and why are you waiting until you get to 12% bf?
  20. Cause i'm in fat loss mode. Will be in muscle building mode soon.

It is a subscription, they send you supplements every 30 days and have a nutrition plan.

  21. It's much easier to lose fat than put on muscle. You should put on the beef then cut the fat after.
