How many people play poker/ visit P5s during class?

    I'm sitting in PoliSci 3 (quantitative analysis +empirical methods) right now and realizing how much I hate this class. I see 2 guys in other rows playing poker and I'm on the OT forum

    Kinda made me think if anyone else plays cards or hangouts on P5 during class and if so, which classes

    my philosphy lecture is extremely boring. prof just kinda talks in cirlces so listening is pointless. class lasts for an hour so i play an turbo sng and read OT...and get on facebook obv

    yeah right now we re learning about designs which is boring obv. I can see 5 screens with poker tables on them too so its not just me.

    if I dont visit OT during this class period ill go insane, so i really cant help it

    why dont you talk them up see what theyre playing maybe you guys can work on your games together idk thats what i would do?

    I have maybe one person per class with their laptop (prob cause usually math classes), def never seen anyone playin cards in class, I'd be stoked on that. School newspaper crossword FTW IMO.

    yes, nearly everyday

    i also chopped HU the $70k GTD on stars for $11k while at the Business School lol

    already started that, but didnt really think bout doing it in class. it would make the hour and a half go by faster

    wow. . . in that same class theres like 20 people hittin those crosswords up and doin sudoku as well lol

    i wish i had a laptop during my college career. i might have gone to every class just to play..especially the large lectures that didn't do shit for me..i mean i went to math 7 times for tests and got a 97%..i woulda gone to play cards at least...

    FWIW..there are hundreds of students that do this daily at each school...

    i check P5s daily on the hr..work is really slow now..i did get saved from getting laid off today bc we got a 40k contract..thank god.. although i dont know if it was me or not..always plan for the worst
