    At least every 7-10 days is normal at my house.

    Every time I've had sex. I have not washed my sheets in 6 months :(

    Clean sheet night is the best nights sleep i get each week, fresh sheets are soooo comfy!!

    a few years back it I only had one set, and would wash them after any sexcapade that got wild.

    Now I wash them once a week, and have several sets of extra's

    once in a blue moon. i wash my pillow sheets often. I figure that if i shower right before going to bed, i dont need to wash them

    If you don't sweat a lot, I guess it's not that bad. Minus all the dander and hair that inevitably falls out.

    I usually wash them once a week. but have gone as long as a month or so, When i was in the war of attrition with my wife over helping cleaning. Sadly she has no limit to how crappy the house looks so I always cave.

    ABC, if clean sheet night is that great, why not have it more often? Just buy some extra sheets, change them twice a week, or even more.

    Honestly, I couldn't tell you how often the sheets are washed/changed. I do the laundry, and if they are in there, I'll wash them, but I never put the sheets into the laundry. My guess is every 7-10 days, but it could be longer than that.

    Lolz I really should change them more often. I change them about once every 3 weeks :(. One time in my first year at university I didn't change them for 2 months. Although in my defense I was only sleeping in that bed about 3 nights a week.

    about once every couple of weeks unless something is spilled on them or if the dogs have been outside and its wet and one of them jumps on the bed with mud on their paws or just being pretty wet
