Your information was given to me by a member of the South African Export Promotion Council (SAEPC) who was with the Government delegation on a trip to your country.     I don't know what the hell he is saying. If you are going to scam, at least simplify it. Their target audience is not going to know what half those words mean.

    I can understand your suspicion, but I would probably take Dr. Mulu at his word. After all, he is the Director of Project Management-- a high-ranking position he wouldn't be chosen for if he was a scammer.

    I think all of the negative posters are simply jealous that you're about to become very wealthy. Congrats.
