I own a recruitment company / job agency.
The guy below constantly sends in his resume to me, and i have called him in once for an interview.
He showed up for the interview with a copy of 1 of the driving records that we require ( there are 2 and we need both ). It was crinkled and had a
brown stain on it ( coffee or mud i hope ). I had asked him a couple of quick questions pertaining to his resume, which he couldnt answer because he
could barely speak english and im pretty sure he was lying about his past. So i cut everything short, and basically told him to leave his stuff here and
if i could assist him we would contact him.
this happened today.
since our interview in apr or may, i have received about 10 more of his responses to my job posting.
so i had responded today with this. ( not something i normally would do )

You have responded once requiring about my experience, which I kindly provided you.
If this is how u conduct your business, I'm sure you'll have lots of success, good luck on finding the ideal White candidate u racist shit.
Fuck you.
So ... do i just ignore this, or should I respond.
Im not a racist by any means. This guy is Indian, and i have a ton of Indians working for me. I think it actually hilarious
and i could really careless about it.... i just absolutely hate when people play the race card when things dont go there way ...... ignore or respond
-
Just make sure you keep everything you have on him and document the interview and reason for not hiring. Never know when people will sue the shit out of ya in the good ol US of A.
-
let it go and laugh around the office
-

-
hire me so I can stop playing poker. thanks.
-

-

ignore the ignorant

I understand your though process, however the 2nd record is standard for all drivers when applying for a driving job. If they dont know about it, that tells me how qualified they really are. Also, if i would include a link to language schools, that would be blatantly discriminating against him.

I was thinking the same thing....... but its probably a relative of his. The email name is not the same as the name on the resume.

I am 100% certain he was here .... plus how would he know that im white -
Do you have any jobs for me? If you say no, you are obv a racist btw.
-
I think you should kindly respond with point about how you are not racist. Maybe include the fact that you've chatted with world-renowned FenwayKing and even thought about having him over for dinner once should convince him that you're 100% not racist.
-
I would tell him, that in the future he should PM all job applications to murderer

Wow...the job market really has dried up when a National Spelling Bee winner is using a recruitment company to find summer work...
