    they just built another new one close to my apartment. occasionally i'll recieve coupons for a free sandwich or chicken biscuit in the mail. the beauty of the place is that they never collect the coupons when you got thru the drive-thru. I've survived the last week off of chick-fil-a sandwiches on wheat w/ provolone and a large ice tea for $2 each trip.

    chick fil a makes the best chicken sandwiches and the best nuggets in the world

    they also make pretty damn good waffle fries

    I go to Chick-fil-a at least 4 times/ week for breakfast +thursdays are free breakfast. We have the nicest/cleanest chick-fil-a over here.... $4.07 for chickin mini's hash browns and ice tea. I get the mini's because their easy to eat while driving.

    Chick-fil-a is one of the most competitive franchises to run...costs you $5k and you don't own it but you basically get similar returns. They only pick a few every year but compared to starting a McDs($1mil min) this place is pretty awesome.

    Food is pretty damn good too

    F all you guys, I wrote a post probably 2 years ago that contained my attempt to get a franchise to the Chicago area, REJECTED, for whatever reason Chik-fil-a doesn't want to come here, closest one is 60+ miles away in fucking Racine, WI.

    keep trying...or find out why they won't take you. Remember...they take like 3-5 out of thousands of applications each year. They can't grown beyond thier means as they own everything Chick-fil-a related.

    Same for NYC...there's only 1, and its inside a building at NYU, so only students can get there.

    I know they are VERY selective b/c of religious reasons and that. A chik-fil-a in the Chicago loop would make a sick killing, same with NYC.

    some religious, some financial. remember, they have to own it which means they have to be able to afford it. the 'managers' basically just get paid off commissions to run the thing...chick-fil-a owns everything. Inner loop Chicago or NYC would be a much larger increase in overhead. Also, they more than likely are trying to stay away from diluting thier brand.

    best chocolate shakes in the world...there's one in the Galleria mall in Houston that always has their machine break and it puts me on life tilt every time....
