    The doctors have kept me legally stoned for almost 3 years now as part of pain management. I can say 100% my results are a lot worse now than before.

    Im assuming Gboro is blazed when he wins big tourneys. And Lilholdem for sure. Im sure quite a few other big names are also. But, I do wonder if my game is better stoned or not. I think probably better, simply because I handle beats better.

    lol. I'm pretty sure nitty players might get a performance boost from playing drunk/high.

    I'm a nit, and I have pretty good results from 3/6 to 5/10, and I only play those limits when I'm drunk.

    Playing 2/4 PLO tho, I don't think I've ever won a single hand (also never played that sober).

    but it does not help your game. might help your tilt and mood, but does not help your poker capabilities.
