    Hmmm, something seems wierd. Isn't filing a false police report illegal? You did say they realized she was lying. It isn' t up to you to press charges for THAT. I do understand it is up to you to file charges for the physical abuse. I would think the police wouldn't play games with a false report, thats pretty serious stuff.

    Did the police look like these guys?



    I would fully understand then how she wouldn't be charged with false police report.

    I just came here to say that rape is almost non-existant in prisons and jails in America. Fights only happen to save face and they are usually done infront of the CO's/JO's because most of the people fighting want it to be broken up asap.

    The repercussions of fighting locked up aren't worth it and most units have a daily meeting reminding them how fucking stupid it is. The only people that cause shit in jail end up confined for most of there sentence.
