    Is it normal to be super depressed when you have mono? Sweet fucking christmas present, jesus christ. I'm on hydrocodone and some steroid and I just feel so fucking depressed, I can't fucking do anything or my spleen will rupture! I have no energy, I can't go out with my friends. My Grandad is sick and I'm worried with me being sick and him just getting out of surgery that I could possibly be harmful around him. My gaming computer won't work, I'm sick of watching movies. My girlfriend is gone, she lives 8 hours away. I'm stuck at my parents house...fml. rant rant rant I don't even know why I'm posting this. anyways I hate my life right now and my tonsuls are the size of ping pong balls, making my breath smell like poo poo.

    I had mono once. It fucked me over really bad actually, I got it two months into my first junior hockey season away from home. My coach traded me to another team about 200 miles away and didn't even tell them I had mono, it was actually pretty comical. Anyways, I went home for about a month to recover (2 weeks then tried to play and was still in bad shape so I took 2 more weeks).

    I went to a few parties and stuff at the end of my mono cycle and made out with some chicks, pretty funny. I figure everyone is supposed to get mono at one point anyways so why not. Looking back on it, pretty big dickhead move as I know one chick I for sure gave it to.

    The first 2 weeks of it were terrible as you described, just tons of sleeping, not wanting to do anything and even going up and down the stairs made me exhausted. If I were you i'd just find a new TV show or sext your gf and beat off a lot or something?

    lol she said she would send me some naughty pics for christmas. and I've watched 20 hours straight of heroes and I can't watch it anymore. blah! I'm an out doors kind of person, it really sucks being stuck in this house! I'm going to find something to pass the time, I am just way too tired to mess with my computer to fix it. I might just call up geek squad or something.

    If your desperate to pass some time, eBay some old shit you have around your house/closet. Old phones, game systems, etc. You'd be surprised how fast the $ adds up. It also takes some time to take good pics, list the stuff, make a solid description, etc. I spent full days doing this over the summer when I was bored and it was raining out or whatever.

    Ya man, you can sell literally anything. I sold old hockey equiptment, gifts from past gf's that I didn't want anymore (a PSP), sports cards, radar detector, magic cards, autographed shit, old jerseys, tons and tons of hollister/abercrombie clothes i'd obviously never wear anymore. Just make sure you charge enough for shipping, the first few items I sold I fucked myself and charged like $6 to ship, took them to the fedex store and cost me double and then some. Stick to the standard post office (USPS). They suck but the have way cheaper prices than ups/fed-ex etc.

    right! I'm going to try a few things. It seems like a simple fix. It just won't boot up, once it gets past the mother board screen it goes to a black screen with a blinking cursor. I think I can easily fix it, I just really don't feellike moving.
