I witnessed a black Lexus SUV pull right out in front of traffic. Person in front of me has nowhere to go and hits the Lexus going about 50 mph. The car that causes the accident doesn't stop and flees the scene. I decided to take pursuit. A high-speed chase ensued (massive adrenaline rush). My goal was to get the license plate number, however there was no plate. I gave chase for a few miles while I was on the horn with 911. Eventually the car turned into a parking lot of an exclusive private school here in town. She (of course) gets out of the car and approaches my car babbling about how it wasn't her fault and that she's going to be late for class. It turns out she's only 16, (sorry no pics). While I'm still on the phone with 911 she tells me to lie to the cops and tell them that it was a head-on-collision and that it wasn't her fault (She got hit in the right rear quarter panel, lol). I handed her my phone and asked her if she would like to tell the nice 911 lady that herself (911 lady could hear everything she said, lol). She wanted to leave and go into school. I explained to her that that wouldn't be a good move unless she wanted to suffer further embarrassment by having the police come and pull her out of school. She agreed it would be smart to stay in the parking lot. Meanwhile she gets on the phone with her Dad and lies to him about the accident not being her fault, lol. At the end of our conversation, I told her the good news that the other driver was probably going to be ok. She didn't seem to be too concerned.

First of all, I had no idea she was a she, or that she was 16. Secondly, there was no license plate. Lastly, I'm not bragging. I thought it was funny. I thought I would share the story.

Ok so I read your terribly edited eye bleed paragraph and have the following questions.
This 16 year old girl caused the accident but you say a black lexus suv pulls right out in front of traffic and is hit by another car at 50mph. This sounds like the black SUV caused the accident by as you put it "pull right out in front of traffic".
How did a different car cause the accident if the black suv pulled out in front of traffic and got hit?
And how did this girls car get hit in the right rear quarter panel? An accident that is happening at 50mph causes significant damage to cars, and to me I dont see how the car that caused this just gets dinged somehow by another car traveling 50mph. That doesnt make sense...
And lastly how did you know that the driver of the car was going to be ok? 911 told you so? I highly doubt that the 911 operator first off has the knowledge to make that assumption in that time frame (maybe 10 mins?), and I doubt that they would be giving you random medical information on a person that you did not know.
