    I think you ex gf has some growing up to do OP. She is obviously playing games with you.

    The best thing to do imo is distance yourself from her (pretty much ignore). When you run into her at work act like everything is 100% and you're doing more than fine without her. From what you have said I bet she comes back and the now you are holding the deck.
