    my book has NYG kicks off first +240, Pats kickoff first -335... is there anyway the GMen win the flip and don't defer? and won't the pats defer if they do win or would they ideally take the ball first and try to score? trying to figure out why such a skew in the numbers...is there value to be had in GMen +240 kicking off first?
