    So I was putting my kids to bed just now. I ask my 5 year old "do you want me to blow your bad dreams out?" To which she replies "No daddy. Your breath stinks. Bad breath brings bad dreams." lol

    Any recommendations.

    Its more than likely not your toothpaste. Its probably due to plaque/cavity/not flossing enough.

    Also, when was the last time you scraped your tongue? Get a tongue scraper.

    chronic bad breathe comes from the food you eat, or the lack there of. If you don't eat often enough your stomach acid makes your breathe smell terrible...

    I use sensodyne pronamal care, and colgate prevident toothpaste. The colgate one is under the phamisists counter, just ask for it. Alternate between uses.

    whatever toothpaste you decide on, make sure to get one of these. we just bought 2 and it is such a lifesaver. saves so much on messes in the kids bathrooms.

    bad breath isnt always toothpaste, try mouthwash and more flossing

    fwiw my buddy's whole family(edit: are dentists) and he swears by crest

    he told a friend in college to use it and he said he used colgate because of dre
