    Why do I have a feeling the white dude with the black pants committed a crime in the Philippines just so he could get into this prison and dance with these guys? LOL

    LOL I know he was enjoying that wayyyy too much
    I thought this was a repost of the old video but I was surprised this is a new one that looked semi-pro, pretty sick but from what I hear the practice almost everyday for hours at the orders of the warden.

    I actually live across from that Cebu Jail where the youtube dancing prisoners are

    Its actually a lot farther than it looks though because on the top of a very high hill and I was taking this from the 2nd story of my house with zoom on. Its the big multi-tier building with walls around it btw.
