Got an interview tomorrow bright and early! Suggestions to answers, other advice.. anything would be sweet. One question that always gets me is where do you see yourself in the next 2 years... 5 years... i mean obv i wanna be w/ your company and excel but what else are they looking for? Suiting up tomorrow for sure

Whenever I ask the question about "seeing yourself in 5 years" when hiring someone I always check to see if they bring up something about continual education and learning everything they can about said career. I like to see humble candidates whom seems eager not only to work but learn, as well.

Oh, and wear a suit!! Saw a thread a few weeks ago and some people suggested you don't have to wear one sometimes. My office is very casual but I wouldn't hire anyone who didn't have a suit and tie on.
Reason: Suits mother fucker. Suits! -
I have no quality advice.
But glgl xir. -
what about going without a jacket during summer? Just a dress shirt, tie, and suit pants

Be genuine and don't just tell them what they want to hear. Give the interview a touch of your personality, while also communicating your strengths and what you bring to the table. Study the job description or what's required of the job and make sure you know what it entails. If you've never done a task that they ask you about, be honest and let them know that you haven't done it but that you're excited about the prospect of learning about it.
Follow up said interview with a hand-written thank you note and how excited you are at the prospect of joining the team/organization.

Just go in with the attitude that you're better than any other candidate they may hire and act like it. Keep your confidence high, managers will remember that it sticks out. First impression is the key. Glgl

If the interviewer has your resume in front of him/her, be ready to answer specific questions about your past employment/education/etc.
-
First off, do some research on the company. They'll be impressed if you at least have some basic background info on who they are, their "niche," what their core business is, etc., etc.
Second, get there AT LEAST 15 minutes before the interview is scheduled, and don't just show up in a nice suit, go to bed early tonight and show up looking well-rested and on top of your game.
Third, project energy, confidence and enthusiasm. As someone has already said, even if you miss the mark in some areas of what they're looking for, you can still lock the job down by creating a commanding "can do" kind of image.
Good luck, brah. -
i dont know if ur ready for the question or not but be prepared to answer:

why are you a good fit here?
what do you bring to this company that sets you apart from others?
ive got this a lot, what kind of experience do you have in leadership? -
Speak clearly. Be yourself - but a professional version of yourself.
Don't check out any pieces of ass you see as you walk to your interview. You can do that after they hire you.
Have questions ready for them. And not stuff like what kind of benefits would I get. Ask something about your interviewer - people like talking about themselves. Ask him/her how they got started with the company. What was the worst interview you ever conducted.
Smell clean - don't smoke in your suit, brush your teeth, and no obvious cologne.
