i bought Zelda, Metroid, and MLB 2k8 today -
Super Mario Galaxy is def. worth the $
-
My wife wants one for her birthday but I refuse to buy it for her because I'm 99 percent certain she will throw the remote through my beautiful tv
-
Super Smash Bros is coming out out the 9th
-
im so out of shape played it, the next day i couldnt walk being so sore
-
Lego Star Wars and get the wii lightsaber- so fcukin good
Also mario kart is coming soon and will support online play- cant wait for that -
yeah, I'm not too sure. my tv is like five grand and I freak out when my wife does the tae-bo videos. lol
-
dont buy warioware like i did cuz some one said it was good.
SMG was good. -
Has anyone played MLB 2k8 for the Wii? Do you like it? How is the gameplay?

i would say you might not want to let her play tennis if you get the wii </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>lol, just got the mental image. -
yeah i bought 2k8 today
the gameplay is pretty good
shitty sides too it though.... it doesnt have online play or any online capabilities such as roster updates... so thats kind of shitty however, these features apparently are availible on the 360 and ps3
so far i like it -
Medal of Honor 2 is a lot of fun
-
are the controls for Tiger Woods 08 accurate
the Wii Golf blows, and i hope tiger woods doesnt have the same gameplay as the wii golf -
they arent accurate, they are just MORE accurate
-
Brawl
that is all -
what about the Wii internet access?
does anyone know what its limitations are? i think you have to use wii points to get the internet channel.... can you stream videos through your wii? that would be sick
also... are the wii games going to start to have online gameplay like alot of 360 games....
i cant seem to find much info on this
thanks! -
Super Smash coming soon
-
Super Mario party 8 is an awesome family game.
The kids also enjoy Star Wars Lego and Mario Galaxy, but I don't play those much. -
trade all that in and buy a ps3 imo
-
Mario Galaxy is one of the best games ever. Not just on the Wii I mean on any platform. No I am not exaggerating, you are crazy if you own a Wii and not this game imo.
-
Wii is by far teh most annoying system I've ever played.
Gameplay is so slow if you or some other friend who's new at the game tries to use these fucked up controllers.
Sit there twiddling the damn controler just to push a box.
PS3>xbox360>xbox>ps2>wii -
I own Zelda and Metroid, those are two great games. Wii Sports is fun too, don't forget that.
Games to get:
Super Mario Galaxy (waaaay better than mario 64)
Super Paper Mario
Guitar Hero III
Mario party 8 is a fun 4 player game if you have 4 people to play, provided you have 4 controllers.
Bully was just released for the Wii Monday, if you haven't played that, that is a fun game.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl out Sunday, that's a must buy.
IMO though, the real bargain is the Internet Channel for $5 off the Wii Shop Channel. That should be the first thing you buy, along with whatever you need to surf the internet on your TV. Youtube is way better on the tube.
Mario Kart out in April, Wii Fit out in May. You can pre-order at GameStop or whereever.
I'd also pick up a Classic Controller so you can play the old games should you choose to download any. And there are plenty of good ones at cheap prices. -

^^rent metroid first. i thought this game was terrible, you get stuck at places not because you cant beat it but because you can figure out where the fuck to go. you basically need to use a walkthrough.
