I need everyone that is having issues to send me what device is being used and browser if possible. I'm thinking about making a lite version.

is there any way to NOT view the mobile site on my phone/tablet? it's soooooo awful

I just want the regular web on my devices... is there a way to go back? ugh.

EDIT: sorry to be rude, zordon. it's just not a pleasurable experience. way too bare bones... I can't even see pics

lol, i was obv just busting s1nnrs balls. I have a couple friends who have iphones and I just mess with them cause apple products are always so overhyped. I honestly dont think there is a big advantage from one to the other.

Depends on what phone you got. I have a Galaxy S3... i just hit menu, then click or unclick the destop view button.

Okay, if you have an older Droid operating system, you cant switch using the default internet.

Download the Dolphin Browser. Once you do, go into Menu>Settings>User Agent>Desktop.

Then refresh and you will be good to go.

if you have the new OS, which would be Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich or whatever dumb name they have for it), all you have to do is hit the menu buttom and click desktop. If not, just use Dolphin.

Hey guys, made a quick change that should help those that don't like the mobile site.

If you are logged in and choose "View Full Site" then full site will become your default view from mobile devices. So, Full Site will load first and you won't see the mobile version again until you log out or choose "View Mobile" in the footer.

Please keep the bugs and requests coming in, we'll keep this thread pinned for a while longer and keep making improvements.

Am I the only one that doesnt have any problem with the mobile site? Maybe its cause im on wifi 90% of the time but, ive never had a problem with pages loading or anything. Actually, since the first initial wave of fixes, ive only used the mobile version when Im on my phone.

Maybe im just weird idk

i like the mobile site, it loads pretty quickly for me. i have no probs seeing pics, on iphone.
i'm assuming at some point it will be more interactive. it would be nice to check pms and access profile.

Waco, not sure what's happening with pics for you, I'll let Ram (Zordon) respond to that when he's back on the clock.

Do you have any other suggestions for the PM page on mobile? We'll add ability to delete next week, that was just an oversight.

yeah, ive actually had the PM problem but luckily i could get over to the desktop version with ease.

I have no problem with pics, vids, or gifs tho. Not sure whats wrong on your end.

when i am in a thread and hit the back to off topic button, the OT forum isn't refreshed; it's just as it was when i entered the thread. So when i get back in OT i have to hit refresh, which i think is dumb

I know somebody posted that the full version is the default again, but no. I posted about this a couple days ago that I'm stuck in the mobile version and clicking "go to full site" doesn't do anything but reload the "news" page. Still stuck using this mobile version and I'm oi

Took out phone's battery, cleared cache, history, etc, but this is ridiculous. I don't mind the mobile version but there are plenty of times I need full functionality. It seems pretty ridiculous I literally am forced to use this beta for days on end and nobody will fix the link to load the full desktop version.

Edit - okay if I use the opera mini browser the link works but then I can't click 'log in."
