just moved to akron ohio area, any oters in this area play disc golf?

    lookin to find a good course to play in the area . anyone have any advice/ opinions on roscoe ewing course, hudson springs or arboretum-spiker park? if anyone green friendly wants to throw a game , send me a pm. bored and dont know anyone around here yet.

    fiance was placed here for her last year of internship, wasnt sure what to expect but its not as bad as one would think. im also not living in akron but a suburb of akron. ya i tried to get into humboldt county but they kicked me out because my hair wasnt long enough, wasnt wearing a tie dye or birkenstocks.

    I know there's a sweet course about 18 miles west of Akron in Medina. It is run by the city so check their website for details/directions. It was a free course back in the 80's when I played there. Maybe it still is.

    yes the one in medina is called roscoe ewing park, thats probably the one i will try. and ya ive always called it disc golf, lol at the term frolfing, sounds like someone who is about to go skipping thru a park with their "partner"

    Arboretum has been around a long time. There are a lot of people who play there. What suburb are you in?

    Still pictures are the way to go. Motion pictures require planning, timing, anticipation. If I was good at that crap, I'd go up to Alaska and hang out with these guys.
