My roomate went up north this weekend and brought back the keg and tap they had got up there.
It was still half full and they didnt want to waste it, as if any of us back here want to drink 3 day old keg beer.
The question is now can he return the keg/tap (tap not such a big deal cuz we need a new one anyway) to any store or does he have to wait til he goes back to where he got it from? -
Return it anywhere but just wait until you need another so that you will not have to pay the deposit!

From my experience, some places will take random keg shells, but most places only take back their own shells with a receipt.

kuufer you know you're always welcome to drink our old keg beer, half empty cans, leftover beer pong cups, toilet water, ect ect
-
id start calling liquor stores, cause if you dont need a recipt you might get like 15-40 bucks for a deposit.
and get a kegerator imo. -
yeah i don't see any harm in that, probably could even let you resin hit a few pieces for a bj or 2...
