    I saw Apollo 13 and wanted to be an astronaut, but when they told me I had to join cub scouts (because every astronaut was apparently an eagle scout) I said "f that" because that would cut into my video game time.

    I wanted to be a boxer too, but after doing that for a little while semi seriously realized I didn't have it.

    First time I remember I got this question asked seriously was 6th grade. I wanted to be a stock broker.

    Now at 19 I'm studying finance, so I might as well become one.

    I wanted to make video games.

    I worked as a developer for 7 years, but not on any games tho. I still think it would be pretty sweet working on a game, but back then I wanted to do coding, and now I'm more into game design.

    a journalist.. always wanted to write even as i entered college, but thought it wasn't realistic enough/too tough a field.

    Man, I always wanted to be an architect, building things was something I found cool. Nope, didn't follow that path at all.

    Then I realized I hate science, the ocean, and fish.

    When I was really young, I wanted to be a pilot. Now I am scared to death of flying (have to take xanax every time I step on a plane).

    Then I wanted to be a professional athelete. I didn't make the cut like 1782342348763 other young kids.

    In college I decided that since I couldn't play professional sports I wanted to work in the industry which is what I do now and really enjoy it.

    I wanted to be a marine biologist as well. Right up until I realized I had a horrifying fear of the open ocean and said screw it. Archeologist was second on the list but that one died down pretty quickly.

    i used to say i wanted to be a doggie doctor but then got older and realized i was terrible at a little thing called school. when i found out u had to take more school than normal it was out. Since have had no ambitions whatsoever.

    I wanted to be a shark. I thought they were the coolest fuckers around and when my brother said he wanted to be a firefighter I obviously had to outdo him. Sadly I have yet to become one.
