    why the fuck is this on ot, this is really pissing me off. you do not have $600? fair enough. i assume you have atleast $200 bucks to your name? i assume you have friends who could pitch $100 to help you out? i assume you have family that will throw $200 your way? i assume you could work 4 hours a night on weekends? iassume you have enough money for alchohol? if a homeless crack addict can get his fix you can pay back a measly debt.

    There is a distinct difference between a situation like mhoddi's and a situation like this. Mhoddi handled it like a man. Showtime is acting like a lazy piece of shit. You apparently have the money in savings, but don't want to use that. You expect us to believe that FT students don't have time for PT jobs. Give me a fucking break. I worked 20-28 hours per week while FT in school for four years. I paid cash for a brand new Honda Civic hatchback in 1996 with money I saved while going to school FT.

    Here is an idea for you since you like the easy way out. Go apply for a credit card and take a cash advance against it.

    If you know you have a problem handling money, then why offer to handle money?

    Showtime, you know what's the right thing to do. I've always liked you on here. Do whatever it takes (legally) to earn the money and pay him back. It's not hard, and you'll feel better about yourself when you do.

    Yeah, agree that you're just digging yourself deeper and deeper with every response you make.

    You bitched earlier about being exhausted after having to continually update the contest all day. Well, there's about 10 hours of free time each Sunday you have to work. I'm guessing you can find other free time in similar situations.

    First 3.5 years of college, I worked 60 hours a week + a full course load. I'm now working 40 a week in Detroit (commuting 2 hours each day 5 x a week) into the wee hours of the night, and I'm still taking 15 credit hours, have time to socialize and have time for a girlfriend.

    It can be done.

    Sack up and take responsibility.

    such a shame showtime...Seems that you do have a gambling problem and mixing that with alcohol just increases the compulsive behaviors. Obv you wont be able to do this type of thing anymore( the competition you were holding) hope you find a way man.

    I think your sincere yet i dont know you at all. But i am aware of you and your posts..It seems sincere.

    He valued pocketfives and his reputation and admitting it like he did was the correct first step.

    I hope you can get out of this whole your in. Rep definately tarnished but not destroyed. Hope you dont leave and work through this problem.

    I worked fulltime and went to school fulltime my second year of school. I also work as much as 100 hrs a week now plus take care of my kids when my wife works.

    Anyone who says they dont have the time for a job or a second job are just kidding themselves. I was on your side a bit showtime until that. I dont think you are truly wanting to pay this back. or at least pay it back in an honorable way by doing everything you can.

    Del pizza is an easy way to have this paid off in 2 or 3 weeks if you work 10-20 hrs. and work fri sats. Most places need drivers those nights anyways. Dont spend any of that money, dont tell the place you are planing to quit after a cpl of weeks and as long as your driving record is good you are a shoe in.

    Start now by shipping him as much as you can. save the emails you get about what you sent. Do nothing at home except study and work. Dont spend a single dime on going out or anything. Deposit each time you have 50 and send it. You will have this paid off in no time.

    And most of us will give you credit and not bust your balls to much.

    Its too bad you have to ruin it for those of us who have run contests admirably and without incident man.. Its not the money. Choppy doesnt need the money its the principal of it all man.. You just fucked up your entire reputation on 600 bucks? Is it worth it? I wish you were just straight up honest about it.. That you effed up and blew his money.. How can anyone with any intelligence not be aware of every dime in their accounts within reason.. This sucks.
