i remember seeing a kelsey grammer interview on something like oprah. (im 99% sure it was him, i cant really remember the show he was on, but it was a daytime show i think. not really important anyway) and he was talking about how he bought all his neighbors houses and tore them down just cause he wanted the land for his property. some of the neighbors held out he was saying but he eventually got them out too. im assuming he gave them a shit ton more than what it was worth. i dont know exactly how many houses he bought but it sounded like at least 3.

I have no idea of the value of the property without said house she knocked down, so my entire math was a estimation, my assumption is that the house was worth half the overall value or somewhere around there, so then I assumed if she build a 6 million dollar house to replace the existing one she would have 18mill invested for a place that would be 10-12 million.......possibly the market will come back and that value will be restored, possibly the lot itself is worth more than I am estimating, maybe in the end based on unknown value's she will be able to turn a profit, I doubt it, but since you nor I know that value all one can do is estimate/speculate.....
