    This has nothing to do with the Hurricane. We had a resident who had an outstanding balance for over a month and no one could get ahold of her. The Bookkeeper went inside after so many tries to leave a note and this is what we found:

    Was my plan obv.........also was gonna take the cups back to whatever restaurant they're from and just fill up with soda and resell it......place will pay for itself and then some.

    the blue tub is actually the toilet...so i think the ground is supposed to be the trashcan/used TP dispenser.

    my guess is they hadn't paid for water/power for a while.
