    the voters have approved it 3 times now this is such bs

    State Health Director Will Humble turned away a request by doctors Wednesday to operate a marijuana dispensary, paving the way for a lawsuit. Humble acknowledged that his refusal to even accept an application comes despite a voter-approved law requiring his agency to license about 125 dispensaries around the state. And it is directly contrary to the departments own rules that say the first requests would be considered today.

    No way. Just the dispensary portion.

    Even if the AZDHS stops there program, 203 was written iron clad, and all you need is a doctor's note to be state legal.

    The state is going to do the opposite of what they intend by stopping the D's.

    A fun game might be to use google street view in colorado and find a block in a city without a dispensary. A toke or drink for each block you find without one.

    Arizona's top federal prosecutor launched a pre-emptive strike against the state's medical-marijuana industry Monday, warning prospective pot growers and sellers that they could be prosecuted under federal drug-trafficking laws.
    U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke, joining a growing chorus of federal law officers across the country, said his office will abide by a 2009 Justice Department memo that discourages prosecution of medical-marijuana users. But he said anyone who possesses or distributes marijuana is still violating federal law. And he singled out large operations.
