    fantasy obv, but i have a few questions....is that salary cap doc u link in the OP how this league will be ran? also are we going to play every1 in the league or since it is franchise style we will be playing a normal 16 game season, playing ppl in our division twice?

    if its the 16 game season, then u might need to random draw teams for divisions as the NFC north won't get filled obv

    that doc's under the premise that the league would use original rosters. alot of the stuff in the doc would still be applicable to a fantasy drafted league as well.

    If we fantasy draft there will still be a 'salary cap' if that's what you're wondering

    just read some online franchise shit...there is free agency, but there are no contracts..draft is live and you can do it from xbox or computer...u can do everything from a computer other than play the game apparently (depth chart, trades, etc)

    there is also no salary cap, so we would have to do a system like that one posted in the OP if we were to have a salary cap

    also i guess they cut out the flex play because they want it to be more realistic...so the commish needs to advance the league to the next week of play...injuries come into play this way

    theres some other stuff thats interesting, but the thing i didnt see was what i said before...unless u can randomize the schedule i think we need to randomly get assigned teams so divisions are random

    they summed that all up by saying "they didnt have time"....so once you draft/pick up a player, they are on your team until you drop them, trade them, or they retire

    and if you read one of the links in the OP, it explains someone's version of a salary cap based on player ratings, so I assume we will be adopting a system like that

    lastly, do we really think we can get 32 ppl? i guess when madden actually comes out there will be more interest
