No I meant in real life. I liked Hughes' reply so much I stole it and decided to use it when anyone asked me if I had heard about the shootings. So far it's 0-for-3. One guy even went as far as to nod his head and say, "Couldn't have said it better myself."

hope im not way off on what you're talking about since there's like a million different things going on in this thread but I got the final destination feeling out of it since she was originally intending on getting sushi, but changed her mind at the last minute and got a burger. And the shooting took place at the sushi place or w/e. So if she didn't change her mind about getting the burger and got sushi instead, she wouldn't have dodged that bullet. Fast forward to a month and a half later, plane ride distance away from original incident, and this happens. Just kinda creepy
