    because relying on testimonials doesn't eliminate the obvious placebo effect and certainly doesn't account for the actual health risks involved

    what data do we want tested and what hypothesis are we trying to prove or disprove?

    So 7 lbs net loss per try.... might take a few tries to get to my target weight but this seems better then walking on a treadmill!

  10. Bukowski,is that the exact program in your original post?that's it?you don't take anything else or eat anything else? I want to do this thing obv gonna have to quite the cigarettes and coffee(cold turkey)Please list the EXACT program and any links you find would help so i can start...no risk in starving to eath?how much water a day eyc also?ty in advance
    PS...I don't have much fat to lose,does that mean i'll lose the little muscle i have since i won't be eating any protein?
