    if all 3 of the first movies were the same movie. With similar plot lines. Being a betting man, I'd say the 4th is going to be really different.

    One big difference is that Damon himself thinks it's a dumb idea and that the title should be "The Bourne Redundancy". He said it would be more interesting to do it ten years from now.

    The 4th is going to be too much of a love story with that girl.

    They should just let it go for 20 years then do some remakes with different people, like so many other movies

    Not sure why all the hate for Bourne.

    I like all 3 movies and think there are enough differences to make them all watchable.

    yes there were only 3 books.
    on the upside damon doesnt sign to do crappy movies, he has a decent track record in my book.

    curious....htf can you be sick of bourne movies? so there cant be ANY god action movies for you, maybe next time we can go back to all the super animated cgi-fests. there are so few movies worth watching anymore and these are some of them.

    this is awesome. the bourne movies have been some of the best movies ive seen over the past years and i would probably say is the best trilogy EVER. thats right i said it.

    There are actually 2 more books, the Bourne Legacy and the Bourne Betrayal, they weren't written by the original author (Ludlum), but pick up where the Bourne Ultimatum left off, so it's not like they're just throwing a script together to profit from the Bourne name. I've read the the first 4 (Identity, Supremacy, Ultimatum, and Legacy), but not the 5th. The books are 7838487 times better then the movies (and I love the movies).

    there are 3 books by ludlum and 2 by another author but the books are completely different so no worries. i believe in the books he finds out who he is in the 1st book. so its not like they ever truly followed the books anyways

    Guys there is two further sequels written by another guy called The Bourne Legacy and The Bourne Betrayal. I found them almost as good as Ludlums originals so there is at least a basis for this film and it won't be another Hollywood disaster sequel hopefully.
