mattress store question

    looking at getting new box springs, a few places ive called pretty much all have the same price

    when we bought our mattress i offered them a few hundred less than the price for cash and they took it, can i do the same for box springs if thats all im buying? the total would be like $500 for the 2 box springs, but im thinking offering $400 cash out the door

    wat do ya say? or will that only work on bigger ticket items?

    Should work. I think most mattress stores have a huge markup on everything.
