They run every game through the simulator. In my limited experience the over/under bets seem to win more than the straight up picks. I didn't purchase the nba picks but the site offers a free pick and they chose Denver (not a strong pick tho). Not to sound like a salesman but they're offfering a free weekend of picks starting Friday.
