  3. Yes, but no music. Natural sounds like running water and birds chirping are the best for me, so nice secluded areas outside are where I go.
  4. when i was meditating daily my bs tolerance was exponentially higher, i need to get back to that

    i used a series of bell sounds that were supposed to speed up the process of the brain getting into the deeper beta and delta waves

    i now get by comfortably on 6 hrs of sleep instead of 8, but i'm getting older too so that might have something to do with it

    my goal is to be a whole brain thinker instead of just one side or the other
