Anyone take them . I noticed recently that I have less energy and I'm always tired . I decided to start eating healthier and thought about starting taking some vitamins . What do you take ? Did you notice a difference when you started taking them ? Thanks .

This is very important.
With a balanced diet, NO one needs any extra vitamins.
The problem is that most people do not eat well. They do not shop well, they do not snack well, and they do not prepare meals well.
If you feel deficient then add a one a day multi-vitamin, as mentioned by Waco.
What is MORE important though is to add Omega-3 to your diet. Its fish oil. You can find a one a day Omega-3 fish oil suppliment as well. Do some reading on it, it is a worthwhile addition to your diet.
FWIW - I take a multi still, even though I eat well, your body will reject anything it doesn't need anyway (within reason, meaning not OD'ing on stuff), so it won't hurt anything in the long run. But seriously take a look at adding Omega-3 or fish oil to your daily supplements. -
Thanks , I'll look into that now .

Firstly, you're never going to get all of your daily vitamin recommendations in a realistic diet. If I were you I'd definitely do a men's multi (no iron), a fish oil complex 3/6/9 as mentioned above, and a B Complex (all the B vitamins).
