    Still love Dexter but after finishing off the season of breaking bad and the wire, Dexter as whole seems like a bad high school acting class.

    Premiere was solid. A lot of good laughs, which is a nice change of pace. Especially since I've heard this is supposed to be one of the darker seasons of Dexter.

    It looks like there is going to be a strong anti-religious theme throughout this season. I really hope it evolves and becomes more nuanced because it's an interesting and applicable theme for sure, but I was cringing at how they seemed to be beating the viewer over the head with the most obvious and simplistic criticism of religion. Subtlety ftw.

    Not too sure what to make out of Colin Hanks character but it is definitely full of potential .

    Mos Def is supposed to be part of this season too.

    I always avoid the "next week on Dexter" previews but I'm sure someone else can confirm.

    Meh she already got the notoriety from being the girl who dated the ice truck killer. I haven't seen the preview yet either, but my guess is prolly drinking and shooting. I got a negative vibe when they showed the camera running.

    Is this true? I had no idea. My wife just made me order Showtime and was just bitching about his bitch wife who divorced him. Didn't know it was her.

    Pretty sure after about 3 or 4 episodes of them finding these seemingly sacrificed bodies Dexter will start to do some recon on his days off because the whole thing will captivate him. He'll start to research who is doing these killings and why. Then he's gonna befriend them like he did with Trinity and try to figure out why they are doing this and if they really believe that God is telling them to do it. Then he's gonna kill them and say "I don't believe in God, only my code."

    I heard a pretty out there theory that admiral adama isn't really there. He's just a mentor to colin hanks kind of like how Harry is to Dexter and that dex and colin are very similar in many ways, colin just has a much different code.
