    If Micheal Vick is ever allowed to play football agian or be associated with any team I will never watch the NFL ever agian. I am a fan of the NFL and love football, but I don't think there is any place in the NFL for Vick.

    That's retarded. You don't have to like Michael Vick, but it doesn't mean you have to boycott the NFL. If he serves his time in jail and there's teams out there that are willing to sign him, then he should be allowed to play. He's a rat bastard...it doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to sign with a team that wants him.

    Ray Lewis never murdered anybody. I wish you people would stop with the Ray Lewis-murderer comparisons. If he murdered anyone, he would not be in the NFL right now. He also never went to trial.

    agreed...there is no comparison between Ray Lewis' situation and Michael Vick's. Ray was hanging with the wrong crew, but the only thing he was charged for is obstruction of justics. He did not murder anyone; he actually was the star witness against a few of the guys he was hanging with that night in ATL.

    the OP is a moron however if this is going to make him/her boycott the NFL.

    Who gives a shit, now that his marketabilaty is tarnished and he's pretty much exposed as a mediocre QB over a large sample size his career is fucked. He has already lost hundreds of millions in endoresements and his contract, why care if he plays again at a fraction of the cost if he didn't do this? I just hope the Falcons don't want anything to do with him.

    Those who say that we shouldn't deny Vick the chance to make a living are morons. He can make a living doing whatever he likes, as long as someone hires him. No owner in the NFL is obligated to hire him when he gets out.

    He lied to the face of Arthur Blank. He cost Arthur Blank milllllllions. Not just the lost money from the contract, but the overall value of the franchise due to possible lost ticket sales, lower attendance, lower merchandise sold, less advertising revenue etc...

    Don't be surprised if he's blackballed from the nfl when he gets out. Why would any owner want to deal with a still unproven QB with a truckload of baggage.

    Actually Artie Blank can just void Vick's contract. And they already sold out the season. Blank is a shrewd businessman, I'm sure he and Rich Mckay will figure out an interesting way to generate excitement with the excess cap-room they will have and sell enough tickets next year too, I just hope they can put a competitive team on the field in a year or 2.

    joey was a #3 pick overall five years ago. he was playing for a horrible team. he is/was worth taking a chance on as a backup. oh, and he never lied to the owner in his face costing him millions and he never killed puppies.
